Victor Au
Victor Au is a licensed HPO builder and co-founder of Prospex Development with over 15 years of experience in residential construction and development. Known for his practical leadership and attention to detail, Victor guides projects seamlessly through planning, coordination, and construction. His portfolio includes single-family, multi-family, and infill developments across Metro Vancouver, where his focus on execution and collaboration ensures consistent project success.
Philip Yang
Philip Yang brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate development and valuation, with a focus on multifamily projects throughout British Columbia. Since joining Prospex Development in 2024, he has contributed expertise in acquisitions, project strategy, financial analysis, approvals, and development management. Philip’s analytic approach and market insight strengthen Prospex’s continued expansion in multiplex and infill housing projects.
